Ingredients

- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- Water as needed
- Cheese filling
- Akkawi cheese + shredded cheese (or cheeses of your choice)
- Finely chopped parsley

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix all the dough ingredients and knead to form the sambousek dough.
- Let the dough rest for half an hour.
- Meanwhile prepare the filling: mix the cheeses after washing and draining them well, then add the chopped parsley.
- Roll the dough into small balls, flatten each into a small circle, fill and fold into a half-moon shape.
- Deep-fry the cheese sambousek in plenty of hot oil and serve.
