Beetroot Salad
This is a triple-beet recipe that shows you, with photos, three different ways to prepare beets. Beets offer numerous health and nutritional benefits.
Ingredients

- Boiled beets
- Arugula
- Sliced carrots
- Chopped lettuce
- Fresh chopped spinach
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 tablespoon walnuts

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Place the beets in the serving dish and put the various vegetables on top; prepare the dressing made of lemon juice with 1 tablespoon olive oil, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses, and a pinch of sumac
- Pour the dressing over the salad and serve immediately
- There are two ways to prepare beets for the salad or to eat them on their own
- The first method is to boil them after washing well
- The second method is to roast them in the oven until tender; you can serve them with corn as shown in the accompanying photos or with a sprinkle of sugar if desired
