Ingredients

  • A whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • Marinade
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (sweet red pepper powder)
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • A pinch of salt

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Rub the chicken with the marinade ingredients and let it rest for at least half an hour.
  2. Place the chicken pieces in a tray and cover with aluminum foil.
  3. Put the tray in the oven and heat from the bottom element.
  4. When the chicken browns on the bottom, turn on the top heat, raise the tray to the rack to be closer to the heat, and remove the aluminum foil.
  5. Serve the oven-roasted chicken when it is fully cooked and browned.
