Oven-Roasted Chicken
Oven-roasted chicken. This simple marinade uses only paprika for spice. The roasting technique produces a restaurant-style roast chicken flavor — highly recommended.

Ingredients

- A whole chicken, cut into pieces
- Marinade
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (sweet red pepper powder)
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- A pinch of salt

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Rub the chicken with the marinade ingredients and let it rest for at least half an hour.
- Place the chicken pieces in a tray and cover with aluminum foil.
- Put the tray in the oven and heat from the bottom element.
- When the chicken browns on the bottom, turn on the top heat, raise the tray to the rack to be closer to the heat, and remove the aluminum foil.
- Serve the oven-roasted chicken when it is fully cooked and browned.
