Ingredients

- Whole chicken breasts with bone, quantity as desired
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 dry onion
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- Chili or hot pepper to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method

- Wash the chicken breasts well and rub them with tahini and lemon
- In a wide pan, add the chicken and fry it in oil until cooked
- Set the chicken aside and sauté the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic
- Return the chicken to the pan, stir with the onion and garlic, and add the assorted spices
