Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- Warm water for kneading
- Cream cheese squares
- A pinch of black seed
- A pinch of sesame
- 1 egg, beaten, for brushing
- Syrup or qater to soak the honeycomb - optional
- A pinch of semolina for the tray
- Note:
- Cocoa can be added to the dough, if desired

Method
- Mix the powdered milk, flour, a pinch of salt, yeast, and sugar together
- Add the oil and mix
- Gradually add the warm water and knead until the dough is uniform
- Let the dough rise in a warm place
- After the time has passed... divide the dough into small balls
- Stuff each ball with a piece of cheese
- Sprinkle the tray with semolina and arrange the dough balls, leaving space between each one
- Brush the tops of the balls with beaten egg, then sprinkle with nigella seeds and sesame
- Bake the honeycomb in a hot oven until cooked and brown it as needed
- Pour cold sugar syrup over the honeycomb (optional) after removing it from the oven
