Ingredients

  • 1 kilo white flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons instant yeast
  • Warm water - amount as needed for the dough

Method

  1. Knead the Arabic bread ingredients with warm water... add the appropriate amount of water as needed by the dough
  2. After kneading well, cover the Arabic bread dough with a clean cloth and leave it in a warm place to rise for about an hour..
  3. After the required time and once the dough has risen, cut the dough into medium-sized circles or balls and place them on a floured tray, leave the dough balls for 15 minutes to relax and rise again

  4. Place a pan on the stove and let it heat well
  5. At the same time, take one dough ball, dust a surface with flour and roll it with a rolling pin into a circle, place the rolled dough circle into the preheated pan
