Garlic Bread with Vegetables
Garlic bread in an unusual variation, with chopped vegetables and cheese added to the bread. Garlic bread is a delicious side dish that goes well with many main courses.
Ingredients

- Wide loaf of French bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Tomato
- Black pepper
- Salt, chopped fresh parsley
- 1 onion
- Mozzarella cheese
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Cut the bread, then mix the crushed garlic with butter and black pepper and spread the butter mixture over the top of the bread.
- Finely chop the parsley, tomato, and onion. Add salt and spices and mix well with the chopped vegetables. Place the vegetables on the garlic-buttered bread and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the bread in a preheated oven for no more than 10 minutes or until the desired crispness is achieved.Timers: 10 min
