Cheesecake Without Cheese

Ingredients

- First Layer (Crust)
- 2 boxes of biscuits
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Crush the biscuits and mix with the butter, then press into the pan or cheesecake mold.
- Second Layer
- 1 liter milk
- 5 tablespoons fine semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- Third Layer
- 2 cups pineapple or orange juice
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon rose water
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put all ingredients on the stove except the butter, stirring constantly... When it boils, add the butter and stir until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and let it cool.
