Ingredients

  • First Layer (Crust)
  • 2 boxes of biscuits
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Crush the biscuits and mix with the butter, then press into the pan or cheesecake mold.
  • Second Layer
  • 1 liter milk
  • 5 tablespoons fine semolina
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Third Layer
  • 2 cups pineapple or orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon rose water

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Put all ingredients on the stove except the butter, stirring constantly... When it boils, add the butter and stir until the mixture thickens.
  2. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and let it cool.
  3. Place all ingredients on the stove, stirring constantly until it thickens, then pour over the previous layers in the pan or cheesecake mold and refrigerate for about 4 hours.

  4. Garnish as desired.
