Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Oreo cookies (or another cookie of your choice)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 300 g Double Cream cheese (one 300 g tub)
- 300 g Philadelphia cream cheese or any other cream cheese (300 g)
- 1 large can sweetened condensed milk (Nestlé)
- 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetarian gelatin
- Fruits for garnish as desired

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Crush the biscuits until fine, then mix them with the butter.
- Press them firmly into the cheesecake pan.
- Beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla and gelatin well with an electric mixer.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Decorate with the fruits you like or chocolate, as desired.
- Serve the Oreo cheesecake cold.
