Ingredients

  • 1 kilo boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • Half a lemon
  • Tawook spice
  • Paprika, ground red pepper
  • Salt
  • A pinch of fresh ginger or ginger powder
  • Garlic powder or 2 crushed garlic cloves

Method

  1. Wash the chicken well and rub it with lemon and vinegar, then place it in a colander.
  2. Cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes.
  3. Mix the chicken cubes with all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for about two hours... or leave it to marinate overnight if you have the time.
  4. Serve it with fries and garlic sauce.
  5. Grill the tawook over charcoal or in the oven with vegetables.
