- 3 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Salt
- Vegetable oil for frying
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
- Then wash them and soak them in water and vinegar, changing the water every 15 minutes and adding vinegar each time, for two hours.Timers: 15 min
- After that, remove the potatoes from the water, place them in a colander and dry them well. Sprinkle with salt to taste and deep‑fry them in hot oil.
