  • 1 kg cauliflower
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste (or tomato purée)

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Cut the cauliflower and wash it, then set aside to drain.
  2. Fry the chopped onion in a little oil until it turns light golden.
  3. Add the cauliflower to the fried onion and sauté until the cauliflower softens in the oil.
  4. Chop the tomatoes and add them with the sauce and salt, then stir.
  5. Cook over medium heat until the cauliflower is well done.
