Ingredients
- Tender beef or beef fillet, cut into small pieces
- Onion
- Garlic
- Colorful sweet bell peppers
- Mushrooms
- Grated carrot
- Soy sauce
- Cheese, as desired
- Paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Olive oil
- Dough:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1/2 cup corn flour (cornstarch or cornmeal according to texture)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- Water as needed
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

Method
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, put them in a frying pan over heat, and sauté in a little oil until they turn golden
- Add the meat and spices and cook over medium heat until the meat is done
- Add the chopped vegetables on top and cook for just five additional minutes, then remove from the heat
- Pour soy sauce over them, mix, and then set the filling aside to cool
- Meanwhile... roll out the dough and place it in a pan lightly greased with oil
- Brush the surface of the dough with a little olive oil, then distribute the cheese over the dough
- Spread the meat and vegetable filling over the cheese
- Roll a second layer of dough for the top that fits the pan exactly, the same size as the first layer
- Brush the top of the pie with milk mixed with sugar or with beaten egg, then place the pan in a preheated oven
- Bake it on the rack for 30 minutes until the crust takes on a nice colorTimers: 30 min
