- 5 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons milk powder
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 cup green thyme, or to taste
- 4 tablespoons feta cheese
- 5 cubes cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- Warm water, as needed for the dough
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
Method
- Knead the flour and yeast with the sugar, olive oil, milk powder, and yogurt. Knead the ingredients well, then add the green thyme... You can add as much green thyme as you like.
- Add the cheeses to the dough, then add warm water as needed for the dough. Add the white vinegar and knead very well until you have a smooth, soft dough.
- Leave the dough for a while to rest and rise well, then shape it as desired and let it rise a second time. Bake the thyme and cheese bread in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.Timers: 15 min
