Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are one of the tastiest snacks to enjoy by the fire in winter. They’re also used in many dishes. Here’s the best way to roast them!
Roasted sweet potatoes are very delicious — this method will dry them slightly so they get a lovely texture. You’ll definitely love them!
Ingredients

- A drizzle of olive oil
- Sweet potatoes
- Oregano
- Salt
- Black pepper

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Preheat the oven to 175°C
- Line the bottom of a baking tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil, then lightly brush it with a little olive oil
- Wash the sweet potatoes well, peel half of the skin off, then slice them into medium-thick rounds
- Arrange the sweet potato slices in the tray
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano and drizzle a little olive oil, then place the tray on the rack
- Leave them for half an hour to cook and dry
