Chicken Escalope
Homemade chicken escalope is simply irresistible... When this dish is prepared at home, it is many times tastier and cleaner, since its marinade uses raw egg.
Ingredients

- Chicken breast, cut into medium-thickness slices, or as desired 4
- Apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup
- Salt, to taste
- White pepper, to taste
- Hot red pepper, to taste
- Sweet red pepper paprika, to taste
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs, beaten
- A pinch of ground cumin
- Oil for frying, as needed
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a deep bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar, white pepper, sweet red pepper, hot red pepper, and cumin until well combined.
- Place the chicken pieces in a plastic bag and pound them with a meat mallet until flattened.
- Place the chicken pieces over the marinade and mix to coat the pieces on all sides.
- Leave the pieces to marinate in the refrigerator for about 5 hours or more.Timers: 300 min
- After the time has passed, place the flour in a plate or bowl, the beaten eggs in another bowl, and the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Remove the pieces from the marinade and coat them in flour first, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Fry the chicken escalope in plenty of hot oil, turning until the pieces are golden and cooked through.
