We love this colorful assortment of vegetable appetizers with the perfect touch of creamy cheese. These cups make a great side dish on the table, a nibble between meals, or a healthy offering for guests when you don’t want to prepare heavy main courses.

  • Cucumber
  • Celery
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons labneh
  • Garlic powder
  • Green onion, salt
  • Fresh green parsley

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Wash and peel the vegetables and cut the carrots, cucumber, and celery into long finger-like sticks.
  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes but leave them whole, or cut them in half if preferred.
  3. Put a little of the dip at the bottom of each serving cup.
  4. Place a few vegetable sticks vertically into the cups.
  5. Thread 3 cherry tomatoes onto an appetizer skewer and place it beside the vegetable sticks.
  6. Mix 1 cup cream cheese with the labneh, a pinch of salt, a pinch of garlic powder, a little finely chopped green onion, and a pinch of finely chopped parsley. Mix all these ingredients well to obtain a spreadable dip.
