Cocoa Muhallabia (Cocoa Cream Pudding)
Creamy cocoa muhallabia is an easy and quick, yet elegant dessert suitable for guests or family gatherings. We recommend trying it.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder - Nescafe
- 2 liters milk or water + powdered milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla powder or liquid
- 50 g butter
- 150 g ready-to-whip cream powder
- Garnish as desired: shredded coconut and cocoa-flavored cream

- In a pot, combine sugar, cornstarch, flour, cocoa, coffee, and milk. Stir well over low heat, then cook on the stove while stirring until the mixture boils and thickens a bit...
- Add the vanilla and butter, then turn off the heat and stir until the butter melts.
- Then add the cream powder and whisk with an electric mixer for 5 minutes until the ingredients are well combined...Timers: 5 min
