Waffle recipe — easy as long as you have a waffle pan or machine

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g liquid milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 60 g melted butter

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until the sugar dissolves. Then add the milk and whisk again.
  2. In another bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder and add them to the milk mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon.
  3. Add the butter and stir again until smooth.
  4. Heat the waffle iron and brush a little oil. After a few seconds, put a spoonful of the waffle batter and close the iron.
  5. After a few minutes, open to see if the waffle has turned golden. When golden, it means it's ready.
  6. Repeat the process until all the waffle batter is used.
  7. Top the waffles with chocolate and fruit as desired and serve.
