Method
- Mix the ground beef with the finely chopped onion, dried coriander, egg, and crushed crackers... Mix well until it forms a cohesive dough, then shape into small patties or balls.

- Fry the meatballs in a little oil until browned; set aside. In the same pan, add sliced onions and cook until soft, then add peeled and diced tomatoes with a chili pepper to taste, along with paprika or a tomato paste. Bring to a boil and simmer a few minutes, then return the meatballs to the pan and simmer a few more minutes...
- Unmold the rice onto a large serving plate, creating a hollow in the center for the kebabs and sauce. Garnish the rice mold with vegetables and kebabs as desired...
