Ingredients
- 5 round loaves of bread
- a cucumber
- 6 slices of turkey
- 150 g soft white cheese
- 5 cubes of spreadable soft cheese
- green onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and black pepper
- 4 cubes of spreadable soft cheese (total 9)
- 150 g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 small cherry tomato
- 3 radishes
- fresh basil leaves
Method

- Combine the white cheese with 5 cubes of the spreadable cheese, add the green onions, salt, and lemon juice.
- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- Place the first bread layer, spread a thin layer of cheese mixture, then a layer of cucumber. Add another bread layer and spread cheese, then top with a layer of turkey. Repeat with another bread layer and continue until all filling is used, finishing with a bread layer on top.
- Mix the Philadelphia cream cheese with 4 cubes of the spreadable cheese until smooth.
- Spread it over the entire turkey loaf like a cream layer.
- Top the loaf with cherry tomato rounds, radish slices, basil leaves, and a sprinkle of chopped green onion.
