Ingredients
- Toast bread crusts
- Olive oil
- Fresh or dried thyme
- Labneh dip mix
Method
- Remove the hard edges from the toast bread.
- Keep the soft toast bread — you can use it to make desserts. Click the link: Kunafa with toast bread recipe.
- Mix the thyme with the olive oil. Dip one end only of each toast stick into the thyme mixture. Leave the other end oil-free so it is easier to hold later.
- Place the toast sticks on a baking tray and bake for about 6 minutes or until they are toasted and golden.
- Serve them alongside the labneh dip mixed with a little dried mint and garnished with olive oil.
