- 4 and a half cups flour
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
- Half a cup lukewarm water
- 1 cup lukewarm milk
- 1 egg
- A pinch of vanilla
- Butter Filling:
- Half a cup butter, at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
Method
- Combine all the ingredients together, knead them, and set aside to rest for about an hour.
- Then roll out the dough, dusting with flour to make sure it does not stick, then spread the butter filling* and roll it into a square shape as shown in the accompanying pictures.

- Cut it and let it rest for 10 minutes, then bake in a medium-heated oven for 10 to 15 minutes...Timers: 10 min, 15 min
- Meanwhile, prepare a quarter cup of melted butter. Dip the cinnamon roll pieces into it, then coat them in 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon.
