- 350 g fettuccine pasta
- boneless chicken breast
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 250 ml cooking cream
- 250 ml milk
- a pinch of nutmeg
- a pinch of black pepper
- a pinch of white pepper and chicken seasoning
- a pinch of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- vegetable oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 chicken stock cube
- dried rosemary
- mozzarella cheese
- Spoon some of the cheese and seasoning mixture over the chicken and mushroom mixture and stir them to simmer for two minutes.
Method
- First, cut the chicken into wide strips and season it with vegetable oil, salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of chicken seasoning, garlic powder, a pinch of white pepper, the juice of half a lemon, and 2 tablespoons of yogurt....
- Place the seasoned chicken in the refrigerator, not the freezer, and start preparing the pasta...
- Boil the pasta the usual way, then drain it well in a colander after it is cooked and set it aside...
- In a wide skillet over the heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter and a little vegetable oil, then fry the marinated chicken until browned and fully cooked. Remove from the heat and set aside...
- In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic, then add the mushrooms, and finally return the chicken to the skillet.
- In a separate pot over the heat, add pieces of butter with one whole garlic clove and sauté it to release its flavor, then remove it and add the chicken stock cube with a pinch of rosemary. Add the cream and milk along with a pinch of nutmeg, a pinch of white pepper, black pepper, and 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese.... Stir well until the mixture boils and thickens...
- Take some of the cheese sauce and seasoning mixture and pour it over the chicken and mushroom mixture, then stir and let it boil for 2 minutes.Timers: 2 min
