500 g finely ground meat

1 grated dry onion

3 tbsp breadcrumbs

1/4 cup whipping cream

1 tsp salt, or to taste

1 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Place the meat in a bowl and add the grated onion, after squeezing out the water, and also add the 1/4 cup cream ...
  2. Add the breadcrumbs, pepper, salt, and olive oil, then knead the mixture by hand. Shape it into balls and refrigerate for 1 hour before frying.

  3. In a pan, add a little frying oil and heat the pan, then add the meatballs gradually and brown them on both sides. Remove them, then start preparing the white or brown sauce, as desired.
  4. Put 1 tablespoon flour in the pan and stir it, then remove the pan from the heat and gradually add 2 cups cooking cream. Add a chicken bouillon cube, vegetable bouillon, white pepper, and water until the mixture becomes slightly loose......Add the sauce to the meatballs and serve them with mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes.
