Stuffed Coconut Balls

- Plain biscuits (not filled)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon tahini halva (Shamiya sweet)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- A pinch of vanilla
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- Milk (liquid)
- 2 cups fresh whipping cream
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- Separately, whip the fresh cream with a little grated coconut, the remaining two tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of vanilla.
- In the second mixture we will obtain what resembles a soft, moist dough.
- Take a little of this moist or soft dough and form it into small balls, then coat them or place a little of the first, firmer dough over them.
- Dip the balls, which are now composed of two layers, into desiccated coconut.
- Set them aside to cool before serving.

Method
- First, crush the biscuits and grind them. Add the cocoa, 2 tablespoons of the sugar, the butter, the tahini halva, and the vanilla. Mix with the liquid milk until you get a smooth mixture, then add the chopped walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, whip the fresh cream with a little desiccated coconut, the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of vanilla.
- The second mixture should become something like a soft, runny dough.
- Take a little of this moist, soft dough and shape it into small balls, then coat them or add a little of the first, firmer mixture on top.
- Dip the two-layer balls in desiccated coconut.
- Leave them aside to cool before serving.
