Spinach salad with walnuts and pomegranate — you won't believe how delicious it is until you try it :)

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch spinach
  • Onion, sliced into rings or strips
  • Walnuts
  • Pomegranate (seeds)
  • Dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method

  1. Wash the spinach leaves well
  2. Drain them well too
  3. You can roughly chop them or leave them as whole leaves
  4. Place them in the serving bowl with onion, whole or chopped walnuts, and pomegranate seeds
  5. Mix the dressing ingredients well
  6. At serving time, drizzle the dressing over the salad
