  • 1 kg yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Fried bread
  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 2 eggplants, sliced and fried
  • Garlic seasoning for frying the shrimp
  • Paprika

Method

  1. We fry the shrimp in oil and butter and add garlic seasoning, a pinch of white pepper, and paprika or ground sweet red pepper.
