- White pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon
- A squeeze of lemon
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Grated cheese, to taste
- Walnuts

Method
- Mix the spices with the lemon juice and oil in a bowl, then season the salmon with the mixture.
- Line the baking tray with parchment paper or brush it with a very small amount of oil and arrange lemon slices on it, then place the salmon pieces on top of the lemon slices.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese and walnuts over the top.
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil.
- Place it in a preheated oven on the rack and keep it over medium heat for just 15 minutes only so the salmon doesn’t dry out if overcooked.Timers: 15 min
- Serve the walnut-and-cheese grilled salmon immediately.
