Method
- Boil the meat with seasonings such as bay leaf, cloves, and cinnamon sticks. Cut the carrots and sauté them with the peas in a little vegetable oil, then add the finely chopped tomato.
- Add the meat broth and the flavoring bundle (al-'aqda al-safra) with Tikka Curry spices, a pinch of red chili, and salt.
- Let the mixture boil, then add the washed rice. Reduce the heat and leave the rice to cook over low heat.
- When the rice is cooked, transfer it to a serving dish, arrange the boiled meat pieces on top, and garnish with fried nuts as desired.
- Note: You can prepare the same recipe using chicken instead of meat.
