  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses

  1. Mix the washed purslane leaves with the rest of the ingredients — peeled chopped tomato, finely chopped onion, salt, spices, plus tart lemon juice and olive oil...
  2. After kneading the dough and letting it rest, roll the dough out and cut equal-sized circles.
  3. Put a little filling in each circle and fold the circles into triangles.
  4. Place the pastry triangles in a preheated oven.
  5. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
