Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, boiled
- 1/2 cup fine bulgur (or more as needed)
- 1/2 dry onion
- 2 basil leaves
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp kibbeh spice mix
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ready-made hot pepper sauce

Method
- Grind the onion with the basil, mint and kibbeh spice mix, then add this mixture to the hot boiled potatoes.
- Add the olive oil, hot pepper sauce, salt and the fine bulgur. Knead all the ingredients well until the potato kibbeh forms a soft, dough-like consistency.
- Spread the potato mixture on the serving plate and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with fresh vegetables.
