  • Half a kilo of boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Mozzarella cheese as needed and desired
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • In a deep bowl, dip the balls in the beaten egg, then coat them with the breadcrumbs and fry them in plenty of oil over high heat until they brown.

Method

  1. Mash the potatoes, then add the flour, half the breadcrumbs, one egg, pepper, and salt.
  2. Knead the ingredients until combined. Shape small balls from the potato dough, stuff them with cheese, then seal them and reshape them into rounds.
  3. In a deep bowl, dip the balls in the beaten egg, then coat them with breadcrumbs and fry them in plenty of oil over high heat until golden brown.
