Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water, or as needed
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 small cubes butter (about the size of chicken bouillon cubes)

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Rub the butter into the flour
- Add the sugar, salt, milk, yeast, and oil and mix
- Add the lukewarm water and knead until you obtain a smooth, cohesive dough
- Cover the dough and let it rest for at least one hour
- Roll out the dough into an oiled baking tray and fill it as desired
