Ingredients
- Leg of lamb or sheep
- 1 tablespoon paprika or sweet red pepper powder
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- Vegetables as desired: onion - tomato - mushrooms - green pepper - carrots

Method
- Mix all the marinade ingredients, then rub the leg with it and make small cuts on the surface with the tip of a knife so it absorbs the marinade
- Let the leg of lamb marinate overnight
- The next day, wrap the leg in aluminum foil, place it in a pan and put it in the oven
- Leave the leg in the oven for about 4 hours at 200°CTimers: 240 min
- When we test it and find it cooked, remove the aluminum foil and brown it on all sides
- You can roast the vegetables you want with the leg.. add the vegetables alongside the leg one hour to forty-five minutes before the leg is done, because they don't need as much time to cook as the meat
