- Cheesecake base ingredients and method:
- 34 Oreo cookies
- Crush the cookies in an electric blender.
- Second cheesecake layer ingredients and method:
- In a pot over the heat, add:
- 3 cups cold milk
- 3 packets ready-made sugar-free creme caramel
- For decoration and the final layer:
- In a bowl, combine 3/4 cup water with 2 tablespoons creme caramel and 1/2 teaspoon instant Nescafe.

Method
- Place the crushed cookies in a bowl and add 1/2 cup melted butter and 2 tablespoons powdered milk.
- Press the mixture well into a cheesecake pan, making sure the cheesecake base is even, and place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes...Timers: 15 min
- Add to the creme caramel mixture a 170 g container of qashta cream, 10 cream cheese portions, 2 tablespoons powdered milk, and 15 plain cookies of any type you have available.
- Blend well in the electric blender until you get a smooth mixture.
- Pour the creme caramel, biscuit, and cheese mixture over the first cookie layer, using a sieve to remove any lumps of cookie or cheese.
- Refrigerate the creme caramel cheesecake for at least 3 hours.Timers: 180 min
- After the cheesecake has set well and become firm, top it with Oreo cookies as shown in the picture.
- Refrigerate the Oreo creme caramel cheesecake for about 1 hour, or until it sets well...Timers: 60 min
- In the final step, take the Oreo cookies without the cream filling, split each cookie in half and remove the cream, then arrange them over the cheesecake layer.
- Decorate with shredded coconut or as desired.
- Stir the ingredients while cold, then place them over the heat. When the mixture comes to a boil, turn off the heat and pour the mixture into the electric blender.
- Stir the mixture and place it over the heat until it boils, then immediately pour it over the cookie pieces.
