  • 2 cups fine semolina
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 large box of cream clotted cream, 250 ml
  • A pinch of salt

Method

  1. Knead all the ingredients together until you get a smooth mixture, then spread it in the oven-safe glass dish.
  2. Place the namoura in the oven on the middle rack at a moderate temperature. Leave it for about 15 minutes at most.
    Timers: 15 min
  3. After the namoura is golden and cooked from the bottom, brown the top... remove it from the oven, sprinkle with coconut, and pour over the cold syrup.
