- 2 cups fine semolina
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 large box of cream clotted cream, 250 ml

Method
- Knead all the ingredients together until you get a smooth mixture, then spread it in the oven-safe glass dish.
- Place the namoura in the oven on the middle rack at a moderate temperature. Leave it for about 15 minutes at most.Timers: 15 min
- After the namoura is golden and cooked from the bottom, brown the top... remove it from the oven, sprinkle with coconut, and pour over the cold syrup.
