Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • or
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • a bar of white chocolate
  • 1 small teaspoon oil
  • whole cloves or clove sticks

Method

  1. In a bowl combine the shredded coconut or ground almonds with the sweetened condensed milk and mix well until you have a cohesive dough....
  2. Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour, then take it out, roll it out lengthwise into a log and cut it into equal-sized pieces.
  3. Melt the white chocolate with 1 teaspoon oil over low heat or in a warm double boiler. Dip the dough pieces into the chocolate, place them in small cupcake wrappers, make a small hole on top, insert a clove stick, then refrigerate for half an hour to set the chocolate.
