Ingredients
- Green or dried molokhia (if using dried, it should have been washed, soaked previously in hot water, then drained well and squeezed dry)
- 1 dried onion
- 1 head garlic
- Fresh coriander
- Vegetable oil
- Lemon juice or finely chopped tomato (if using tomato, do not add lemon)
- Hot pepper or chili flakes, for serving - optional

Method
- Finely chop the dried onion, or slice it into thin wedges as desired, and cut the garlic into thin slices
- Sauté the onion in a little oil until it takes on a little color, then add the garlic and stir for a minute before adding the finely chopped coriander and stirring until wilted
- Add the washed green molokhia, well squeezed of water (or the dried molokhia), and cook over low heat until the molokhia is well done. At this stage, add the tomato if you want to cook the molokhia with tomato, and keep stirring until the tomato dries and the molokhia is fully cooked. If you want to add lemon juice, add it in the final stage before removing the molokhia from the heat or when serving
- Serve the molokhia with oil with Arabic bread, radishes, and onions. You can also add more lemon juice or chili flakes when eating
