Recipe story

Mini Nutella cookies with just three ingredients.. a wonderful and very easy recipe you must try

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Nutella
  • 1 and 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of vanilla
  • This special and very easy recipe is from a friend and cook at the Shou Tabkhin El Yom website:
  • Fatima Zhowi Ghamloush
  • Click on Fatima’s name to visit her profile on our site and see all her delicious recipes.
  • Also from Fatima, here is Rice Halawa

Method

  1. Mix the Nutella, egg, and a pinch of vanilla well until combined
  2. Add the flour and mix well to obtain a soft, cohesive dough (if the dough is not cohesive, add a little more flour to bring it together)
  3. Start shaping the dough into balls and press each ball in the center with your finger to make a very small well
  4. Place baking paper on a baking tray (or lightly oil the tray) and arrange the balls
  5. Preheat the oven five minutes beforehand, then place the tray in the center and bake the mini Nutella cookies at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes while monitoring
  6. Remove them from the oven and let them cool to room temperature, then fill the small wells we made in the cookies with a little Nutella
  7. Fatima Zahwi Ghamloush
  8. Also from Fatima: halawet al-ruz (rice pudding)
