Meat fingers in dough in the shape of fingers.. An easy and delicious recipe.. Here are the ingredients and method :)

Ingredients

  • Meat filling:
  • Ground meat
  • Onion
  • Seven-spice mix
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Dough:
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Water as needed
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Knead the dough, then shape it into small discs or balls.
  2. Place the dough discs on a baking tray well greased with oil, then cover the tray with plastic wrap.
  3. Let the dough rest overnight.
  4. Mix the meat filling ingredients — meat, onion finely diced into small cubes, and spices — then put the mixture in a sieve.
  5. Pour a little oil on a clean surface, oil your hand lightly, and stretch the dough with your hand.
  6. Fill the dough with the meat mixture and roll it into finger shapes.
  7. Arrange the fingers on a tray lightly greased with oil and bake in a preheated oven until cooked through.
  8. Serve the meat fingers with yogurt, salad, and pickles; they are also delicious with soup, especially lentil soup.
