- 1 kilo fine semolina
- Skimmed milk powder three quarters of a cup or 75 grams
- 1 cup plus a quarter cup ghee
- 2 cups water
- Half a cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- Sift the dough well after removing it from the oven. After grinding it, put it on the stove and start stirring until it turns brown. When it cools, place it in a tray then pour over it 4 cups qater (sugar syrup) and 4 tablespoons ghee.
- Add any desired fried nuts such as almonds, pine nuts, and cashews, and also add 1 cup rose water.
- Shape the mafroukeh as desired on a large wide plate or into small individual portions, garnish with cream and nuts and serve.

- Mix the ingredients well then spread the mixture in a wide baking tray; stir the mixture every few minutes until the dough dries, then grind it in an electric grinder.
