Ingredients
- 7 cups yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons rice
- 1 egg
- salt
- 1 head garlic, pounded
- 1 tablespoon dried mint
- Kibbeh discs:
- 1 1/2 cups fine bulgur
- 300 g pounded or mashed meat, special for kibbeh, lean and fat-free
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon kibbeh spice mix
- 1 tablespoon fine bulgur
- The filling:
- 300 g minced meat
- 4 onions, finely chopped
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a pinch of seven-spice
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the water, then add it to the yogurt with the egg, rice, and salt in a pot over high heat
- Stir constantly with a wooden spoon
- After a little while, add the crushed garlic to the yogurt mixture and keep stirring
- When the yogurt starts to boil clearly, add the prepared kibbeh discs one by one. Add them while still raw, and they can be fried
- Leave the pot over high heat for 15 minutesTimers: 15 min
- Finally, sprinkle in the dried mint and turn off the heat
- Pour the kibbeh in yogurt into serving plates and let it cool to room temperature, then serve. It can also be served hot
