  • 2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1 cup bran
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water as needed for the dough

Method

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients first, then add the water and knead well until you get a dough
  2. Until it is cohesive and not loose...
  3. Let the dough rest and rise for about an hour...
  4. After the required time, divide the dough into 10 medium-sized discs.
  5. Roll the discs out or shape them into circles...
  6. Place a wide skillet over medium heat and put a dough circle in it for a few seconds, then flip the flatbread to the other side...
  7. The flatbread will start to form bubbles and puff up into two layers, which is the desired result and indicates the bread is ready...
