Ingredients
- 1 packet Pakistani vermicelli
- 2 large cans clotted cream (qimar)
- 1 packet crème caramel mix
- 1 packet instant whipped cream powder
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- Salted crackers
- Liquid milk for dipping the crackers

Method
- Break the vermicelli and toast it in a skillet over the heat. In a large glass bowl, mix the qaimar (thick cream), crème caramel mix, powdered cream (like Dream Whip), and sweetened condensed milk together until you have a creamy mixture. In a large glass dish, place a layer of biscuits dipped in liquid milk, then add a layer of the creamy mixture, then a layer of the toasted vermicelli.
- Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up.
- Refrigerate the Khashkhash dessert for no less than 2 hours, then garnish with the caramel that comes with the crème caramel mix and serve chilled.
