Recipe story
Delicious homemade beef burgers, just like restaurant-style and even better
Ingredients
- 1 kilo finely minced beef
- 1/2 cup ground breadcrumbs
- 1 medium spoon hamburger seasoning
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Salt
- 1 egg - optional
Method
- Mix the ingredients well until the meat is evenly combined.
- Leave the mixture in the fridge for half an hour.
- After the time has passed, shape the meat into balls, place plastic wrap over them, then use the bottom of a round plate or a special mold to press the balls into the final hamburger shape.
- You can wrap the meat in kitchen plastic wrap and keep it in the freezer until cooking time.
- Grill the beef burgers on a griddle or in an oven tray lined with parchment paper. You can also fry the meat in a pan.
- Note: You can grill onion and tomato slices with the meat, as they add a lot of flavor.
