Ice Cream Sandwich
A homemade ice cream sandwich recipe that's easier than easy! One of the quickest ways to make ice cream, but it's essential to leave it in the refrigerator long enough to get the right texture!

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Plain biscuits
- Ice cream mixture
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 cups powdered milk
- A pinch of mastic
- 2 tablespoons powdered sahleb
- 1 container powdered cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 container clotted cream
- A pinch of vanilla
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Whisk all the ice cream ingredients together with an electric mixer
- Arrange the plain biscuits in a tray lined with plastic wrap, then spread the ice cream mixture over the biscuits
- Arrange a top layer of biscuits over the mixture, making sure the biscuits on top are level with the ones underneath so they will be easier to cut later
- Leave the tray in the refrigerator until the next day, or overnight
