- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 100 to 125 g melted butter
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1 medium spoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 10 g yeast
- 5 1/2 cups flour or as needed for the dough

- 2 tablespoons grape molasses
- 5 tablespoons water mixed with the molasses
- Note:
- Ingredients should be warm
- The dough must be kneaded well so no lumps of flour remain

Method
- Mix the liquids with the yeast and leave briefly to let the yeast ferment.
- Then add the flour and knead well until you get a soft dough. Leave it to rest for one hour.
