Method
- Beat the egg, sugar, oil, and cornstarch well, then add the orange zest... Mix the ingredients well, then add the flour...
- Add flour as needed to form the dough. Refrigerate the dough for half an hour, then remove it and take a palm-sized piece. Roll it into a cylinder, cut it in half, twist the two pieces around each other, and dip it in coarse sugar on one side.
- Bake the orange cookies in a preheated hot oven at 140 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. When they cool, dip the ends of the orange cookies in melted chocolate and then in nuts, if desired.Timers: 20 min
