- 5 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups flour
- 2 medium tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Chocolate Sauce:
- Take a quarter of the cake batter and add a full packet of cocoa powder
- and stir well until you get the desired chocolate mixture.
- Grease the pan with flour and a little oil or tahini, then pour the white cake batter into the pan and top it with the chocolate mixture. Place the cake pan in the oven on the middle rack for one hour at 180 degrees, and it is important not to open the oven at all.

- Beat the eggs, sugar, and oil until you have a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
- Add the sifted flour with the vanilla and the baking powder.
- Mix them well and add the baking soda and vinegar ... mix the soda and vinegar first until they foam, then pour them over the cake batter.
- The vinegar and baking soda will help remove any eggy smell and will give the cake tenderness and a good rise.
- Chocolate sauce:
- Take one quarter of the batter and add one full can of chocolate powder to it; stir well until you obtain the desired chocolate mixture.
- Coat the pan with flour and a light brushing of oil or tahini, pour the white cake batter into the pan and place the chocolate mixture on top. Put the cake pan in the oven on the middle rack for one hour at 180°C; it is important not to open the oven at all.
